Last updated: May 27, 2026
Custody Archive users can request deletion of their account and associated data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Custody Archive and sign in.
- Go to Me, then Privacy & security.
- Select Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.
Request deletion by email
Email phillip@allthingsnwa.com from the email address on your Custody Archive account, or include that account email in your message. Use the subject line "Delete my Custody Archive account".
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your Custody Archive user account and user-created records, including custody incidents, journal entries, child and parent details, schedules, expenses, documents, photos, videos, audio recordings, generated reports, exports, AI conversations, and associated evidence files where deletion is supported by the storage provider.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, purchase reconciliation, tax, or compliance purposes. These retained records may include purchase entitlement history, support correspondence, server logs, backup copies kept for a limited period, and records needed to comply with law. Retained records are not used to continue providing the app account after deletion.
Partial data deletion
You can delete many records directly in the app without deleting your account, including incidents, documents, expenses, schedule items, journal entries, exports, and child profile records. For help deleting other account data, email support.
