Service
Custody Archive is a documentation tool for organizing custody-related records, evidence, schedules, expenses, documents, and exports. It is provided for personal organization and recordkeeping.

Your Responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or intentionally false content.
- Review exported materials before sharing them with anyone, including lawyers or courts.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Custody Archive. You grant us permission to store, process, display, and export that content only as needed to operate the service.
Purchases
Custody Archive Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms.
Availability
We work to keep Custody Archive reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Custody Archive and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
