Custody Archive is designed for sensitive family and custody documentation. We collect only the information needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status.
- Custody archive content that you choose to add, including incidents, notes, child and parent details, schedules, expenses, documents, photos, videos, audio recordings, and exports.
- Evidence metadata such as timestamps, file metadata, device-provided location when you grant location permission, and integrity records used to preserve evidence history.
- Payment and purchase status from App Store or Google Play purchases through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Technical data such as app version, device type, crash or error context, and usage events used to keep the app reliable.
How We Use Information
- To provide your private archive, sync your data, process documents, generate reports, and restore purchases.
- To protect account security, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain evidence integrity.
- To send service-related messages such as password reset, verification, document processing, reminder, and purchase status emails.
- To troubleshoot, analyze reliability, and improve product quality.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help operate Custody Archive, such as hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, document processing, payment entitlement, and storage providers. These providers process data for service purposes only.
Privacy and Legal Notice
Custody Archive is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using the app does not create an attorney-client relationship or legal privilege.
Your Choices
You can update account details in the app, request account deletion from the Privacy and Security screen, or contact support for help. You can control device permissions such as camera, microphone, photos, location, notifications, and biometric unlock in your device settings.
